Every architect has hit this moment: the opening looks perfect on paper, the client loves the indoor-outdoor concept, and then someone runs the floor track detail and the whole thing gets complicated. A sliding or bifold glass wall doesn't just need an opening, it needs a floor. A continuous, dead-level, uninterrupted floor track running the full width of the opening, indoors and out, with zero tolerance for settling, drainage slope, or a change in finish material.
